Training:
It is policy of the Company to comprehensively train prospective partners.
This is achieved by a formal "In-house" program, supplemented by attendance at the Australian Maritime College.
The program is audited annually by Australian Standards as part of the Quality Management System. Professional qualifications are revalidated by the Australian Government to STCW 95 requirements.
